Step 1.  Please begin by selecting receivers for your UNIT:

Qty: Standard Digital Receiver - $129.00 deposit

Qty: Standard DVR Receiver - $300.00 deposit

Qty: HD Receiver - $159.00 deposit

Qty: HD DVR Receiver - $375.00 deposit

 √ Professional Installation - $49.00 (mandatory with all upgrade orders)

Equipment:  If NO Receiver is chosen, we will automatically choose 1 Standard Digital Receiver. A minimum of 1 Receiver is necessary to view upgraded cable packages.  If no phone line is attached to your receiver, a $6/mo fee will be accessed.  If HD box is selected and no HD programming is ordered, a $6/mo fee will be accessed.

Lease vs. Buy:  Receiver can be leased by utilizing the deposit option; however, once the receiver is purchased it is the sole property of the customer.  In lieu of deposit, equipment can be purchased for the following prices: Digital Receiver = $129, HD Receiver = $390, Digital Receiver & DVR = $485, HD & DVR Receiver = $690

Installation:  Standard Installation does not include customer’s DVD, VCR, TiVo, etc. A contact number has to be provided on the order form or we will be unable to process it.  A technician or representative of Bulk TV will contact you to make installation appointment.  Customer agrees and it is mutually understood that if an order is changed once a technician enters the home, another $49 installation fee will be accessed for a return trip.

Refundable Deposit:  If resident cancels programming within the first 12 months they will be charged a 25% Handling/Restocking Fee once equipment is returned. After initial 12 months of programming minus 15% Handling/Restocking Fee.

Minimum Requirement:  A minimum Top 200, Top 250, or Spanish Language Pack is required or a $6.00 fee is assessed.  Blackout restrictions apply to some sports programming. Actual number of games varies by market and is dependent on the policies of sport organizations, not the satellite provider or satellite dealer.

Billing:  It is our policy to bill the equipment cost at time of order.  We will then bill TWO (2) MONTHS programming on the first statement upon completion of installation.  Equipment tax will be calculated separately from the initial charges.  It’s the customer responsibility to advise BTVI of any change to CC, otherwise service will be suspended accordingly.  If, for any reason, service is disconnected, a $39 fee shall be charged for any re-activation of service.  Total price does not include state sales tax on equipment, if applicable in your state.  It is our policy to bill ACH or Credit Cards monthly.  Final bill will include Monthly Access Fee ($10.00) & DVR Fee ($6.99) as assessed by our providers.
